Guaranteed delivery time and coverage

BMKN Website Delivery is available in Metro Manila and selected provincial areas only, from 10 AM to 5 PM excluding holidays. Delivery time is based on the agreed synchronized time that will be reflected on the order confirmation received.

By ordering, you understand that the guaranteed delivery time varies depending on your order.

Orders amounting to Php 600 and below (6 and below ala carte orders)	Forty-five minutes
Orders amounting from Php 601 to P1,500  (7 to 15 ala carte orders)	One hour and thirty minutes
Orders amounting from Php 1,501 and more (15 and more ala carte orders)	Not covered by the guaranteed delivery time

 

Furthermore, some areas outside Metro Manila may also not be covered by the delivery guaranteed time. At the same time, some products may not be available in certain branches so orders may be transferred to the next nearest branch that can cater.

Banh Mi Kitchen reserves its right to temporarily suspend the application of the guaranteed delivery time in such cases as excessive rain, flooding, or unusually high demand. Orders made through third-party food aggregators may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
