Order modifications, payments, and refunds
For order modification requests, please send an email in reply to the order confirmation within 5 minutes after receipt. Banh Mi Kitchen, however, reserves the right to refuse any changes after the allotted grace period to protect the brand from losses due to orders already prepared or dispatched. Changes to the order may also result in to change in delivery time.
The BMKN Website only accepts cash transactions. By ordering, you understand and agree that the full amount of the order will be charged to your account. The amount will also be still charged even under the following circumstances: (i) when the request for order modification exceed the allotted grace period in order; and (ii) when the delivery is not received by the customer.
In case you are opting for a refund, you may email us at order@banhmikitchen.ph. Refund requests should be made within twenty (24) hours, after the time that the product was delivered. Website order refund requests are only accommodated if for the following reasons: (i) the order was not received due to mishandling; and (ii) incomplete or incorrect. Proof of receipt will be requested for an internal investigation. If the request is qualified for refund after the internal investigation, the credit will be processed within 5 working days.
The refund amount will be credited back to the account used in the original transaction. Note that this may be subject to separate processing of your issuing bank or a third-party provider. Applicable fees and charges may be deducted from the total amount.
